The Mattel / Tyco Suzuki GSX-R 1000 is an immense 1/3 scale radio controlled motorbike manufactured by Taiyo Toys (Japan) and released by Mattel (under the Tyco R/C brand) in 2004.

Features and Performance
As a 1:3 scale model with a Hobby-Grade 7.2V battery (the same as used by Tamiya kits), this was a more serious toy than Tyco typically released.
Specifications:
- Huge 1:3 scale replica of actual motorcycle
- High capacity 7.2V battery
- Top Speed of 25km/h or 15.5mph, similar to a Turbo Hopper
- Working suspension
- Rubber Tires
- Lifelike details, especially around tires, brakes, chain
- 27MHz Radio allowing up to 4 bikes to race at once
- Optional stabilizer for beginners
As is the case with most toy motorcycles, turning is wide and imprecise, limiting its use to outdoors however this isn't a reason to avoid it, back in the 90s/00s we often went outdoors!
If you're familar with Tamiya R/C or other similar models, the photo of the battery pack below will immediately give you a sense of scale. This thing is BIG!

Recommendation
If you'd like to add a Tyco Suzuki GSX-R to your collection, it's unfortunately a rarity online with very few models coming up for sale on eBay each year, and no photos of the packaging available at the time of publication.
There however are several other R/C motorcycles released by Taiyo in the early 2000s, such as the 2000 Taiyo Yamaha YZ-250, 2001 Taiyo Honda CR250R, or going back further the 1995 Ninja which may pique your interest.
However if you're a collector of Taiyo or Tyco R/C with an interest in their excellent R/C motorbikes of the 2000s era, the GSX-R seems to me like a must have - if you can find it.
