Found an old Taiyo/dickie overland (white) and now searching for a remote

Also another question. How much is this car worth?Keep in mind you can buy another car of any make and change the internals and use that remote! Keep in mind the battery volts and stuff should match! Also look to the hobby world to get a radio and a reciver!
