This Tyco Jeep Liberty is a Pre-Production unit that may never have entered into production.
As such this article is a placeholder for a future article. Looking at the photos, the box is for the Jeep Cherokee, however it's a Liberty inside with marking on outside "PP Sample for CPI Review 7/11/01".
Once I have more information, I will complete this article.
