This Taiyo Renegade is a radio controlled car released in European markets in 1986. An unusual re-release of the 1980 Taiyo Renegade model 8010, it appears to be based on a design which has its roots in 1970s Taiyo products.
We don't know much about this specific model, but we wonder if it was a special edition or one-off re-release, especially with that unusual wolf character on the remote control. It appears to be holding poker 'spade' symbol with a "1" on it, and giving the V for Victory, or peace sign with his hands.
In any case, compared with Taiyo's other products at the time, this toy would have looked like ancient technology by comparison.
