This Tyco Indy Turbo is a 1/18 scale radio controlled car manufactured by Tyco Toys (Japan), and released into the US, UK, and other markets worldwide in 1988.
It is the 27Mhz version of the Indy Turbo, with Red and White Miller (brewery). Sadly we don't have great images of this one, so if you have some better photos you can donate, we'd all appreciate it very much!

Features and Performance
As a lightweight 9.6V model, performance is excellent for a toy in its class (low cost, toy and department store products). Features include:

History
This Tyco Indy Turbo is based on the real 1985 Indy 500 winning car and driver, Danny Sullivan, as seen below.

Recommendation
In the late 1980s, Tyco made several Indy Turbo (and Turbo Indy) R/C vehicles, and they're all excellent RC toys, particularly if you can find one boxed in original condition.
As always, with any vintage toy with rubber parts, you need to be very careful to check those parts have'nt decomposed, as rubber can over time due to UV exposure. Tyco RC models are known for this, mostly the slick tire models and it's usually highly visible with 'melted' tires, though sometimes before they decompose you may notice a pitted, unusual surface, so look closely and check with the seller whether the tires are soft, or firm. They should be firm and smooth, pushing back when squeezed.
