So the Scorcher 6x6 is fantastic - but the problem with selling a NIB of any type currently (except for something super in demand like a Bandit) is that there's virtually no precedent. Every Scorcher sold on eBay is trashed and thus 'cheap', because people loved them to death. Any NIB would be private sales between collectors who won't tell a price.
Attached is the full price history report from the back end of the site (every product on the site has valuation based on auction results - Scorcher's page here), and as you can see most of the sales are relatively low value $50-$100 USD. There are no EC (Excellent Condition) or MIB ( Mint in Box), and only a few VGC without controller, the highest was $175 USD in August and its far from NIB.
Personally I'd say a true MIB unopened is worth at least $350-400 USD, likely more, however it wouldn't sell for that right now since the global economy is in a recession, and very few people are buying expensive luxury items right now, especially not vintage toys sadly. Prices are going down or stagnant right now. It's time to snatch bargains. I'd hold onto it if I were you if you want the best price, wait until the global economy improves.
You can see an EC (just below MIB) here for $400 but nobody is buying. It might be worth that, but again, economy.

For a true unopened MIB my personal opinion is $350-400 USD, potentially alot more on the right day with right buyer since this is one of the Top 10 Tycos. I hope that helps.
You may wish to try a professional valuer in your area, but I'd wonder how much experience they have with such 'modern' vintage toys (the 90s was just ten years ago, and nobody will convince me otherwise!)
