Love the old Radio Shack boxes :)

Likely an OEM Chinese manufacturer. There were lots of these from the late 80s onwards, and lots of copies of Taiyo/Tyco ones too. Eventually the Chinese took over the market around 1995, with most RC being made in China since then.
