MODEL REVIEW

The Taiyo Flight Master Challenger was released in 2007 during their final years of operation.

Following their transition to 'New Concept Taiyo', towards the end of their reign as the #1 Toy RC brand, Taiyo began exploring new types of radio control toys to manufacture.

One of these was the Flight Master Challenger, a simple beginners airplane with elevation managed by accelerating the both motors (or allowing it to fall), and turning by accelerating one of the motors attached to the wings.

The toy was Made in China, and the design and construction is very similar to the cheap beginners toy aircraft coming out of China in the late 2010's and even today. In many ways, Taiyo was ahead of their time and only held back by the financial constraints of their new owners in the mid 2000s (SEGA).
