The Spy Tech Hidden Camera with Spy Accessories was a real photographic camera aimed at children, manufactured by Tyco Industries and released into the US, UK, and other markets worldwide in 1990.
Before digital cameras were a thing, real spies in the real world were stuck with film cameras - but this didn't always mean a bulky lense. Inspired by such miniature gadgets, this Tyco Hidden Camera was a real camera that used standard 110 film.
With a built-in right-angle mirror it allowed the user to view and photograph around corners, or over the tops of walls. Also included a 'Good & Plenty' candy box designed to hide the camera, allowing shooting without detection.
I'm not sure this would make it to market today with the super politically correct nature of the world today, but back in the 80s and 90s being a spy was cool!
